• Book your appointment (Target appointment dates): August 22 – September 10, 2026 Choose an appointment within this range — it’s the 90-day window before your travel.

• Visa processing: Around 6–10 working days (Metro Manila) Wait for your visa result and passport return.

• Travel to JapanNovember 20 – 24, 2026 Recommended arrival window to join the welcome party on November 25 and other pre-wedding gatherings.
  

💡 Tip: Slots can disappear fast — secure your appointment as soon as it becomes available, even if it’s earlier than expected as long as it's within 90 days from your expected flight date coming to Japan.

Please book your flight to Fukuoka Airport (FUK) — it’s the closest airport to the wedding venues. From there, you can easily reach Tenjin or Hakata Station, which connects to most hotels and event locations.
